I'm originally from a small town in Pennsylvania, I now live in Kentucky with my two children and my husband. He's a corporal in the Army. We have lived in PA, GA, TX, and KY. My husband is in California right now (in the Mojave dessert) training for Afghanistan. He's leaving for Afghanistan in December, it will be his second time deployed. While he's gone training for a month I'm staying with my parents and I'm having a great time! I got to see all my old friends, got to take my kids to an amusement park, the lake, and to the movies.
Even though my children and I are having an amazing time, I really miss our house and my independence. When I stay with my parents I have "rules" again lol. I definitely didn't miss that while I was in KY. Today I'm doing my homework, then have a friend over to hang out with in the attic. My parents have a pool table, and air hockey table, a dart board, an arcade game, and a drumset in their attic so it's always a good time! Well that's all for today, I need to get my daughter, she's destroying the house :)
